Hello and thank you for visiting my blog!
My name is Jennifer and I have two beautiful children, a wonderful husband and three cats. We were headed down the typical path of taking prescription drugs whenever we had an ailment. I soon realized that there had to be a better way. I have made it my mission to find that way and to strive each day for a healthier lifestyle!
This is our story of how we have been able to implement good nutrition, remove toxic chemicals from our home and follow a more holistic approach to our health and wellness. I have been so excited with everything that I have learned and wanted to be able to help others achieve their best health, too.
A bit about my background… I graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Commercial Recreation and Facility Management. From there, I worked in the hospitality industry for almost 10 years as a Sales Manager at various hotels and a convention and visitors bureau.
When my husband and I started talking about having children, I decided to go to massage therapy school. I graduated, with honors, from Irene’s Myomassology Institute in 2003. I have been interested in the power of healing naturally through bodywork and proper nutrition for a very long time and am happy to be able to share what I have learned with you here on my blog.
