Do you eat kale? If not, you are truly missing out. It has become one of my favorite vegetables (if not my favorite). I have been eating kale almost every day this year. If I don’t have it one day, my body really craves it.
Recently I discovered organic Lacinato kale. I absolutely love this kind of kale! I have gotten it a few times now from the health food store and have been making it daily. It is one of the healthiest vegetables and I have been craving it all the time! It is so easy to saute and takes only a few minutes to make.
Kale, also known as Borecole, is one of the healthiest vegetables on the planet. It has been touted as being a “superfood.” A leafy green, kale is available in curly, ornamental, or dinosaur varieties.
